How "Reserved" Works

When you purchase a Reserved Used Comprehensive Pimsleur course, you are purchasing the next-available course to come in stock.  To reserve a Used Pimsleur course at discounted prices just add the item to the cart and proceed through checkout as normal.  Be sure to look at the number in each product description that lets you know how many customers have already pre-purchased the course and also the wait time.  The estimated wait time for the product is per customer.  If there are zero customers ahead of you, the wait time is as shown.  For any number of customers ahead of you, the wait time can be calculated by multiplying the number of customers by the wait time and adding it to the time shown.

Example:

If 1 customer is ahead of you, the wait time can be calculated as follows:

1 customer X 2-3 weeks = 2-3 weeks PLUS 2-3 weeks = 4-6 weeks wait time.

**Important**
Please keep in mind that the wait time is only an estimate and can be less or more than shown.  If at any time you'd like to cancel the order, you can do so without any penalty to you.

When placing the order for a Reserved Course, your credit card is charge immediately.  This is how you reserve your course.

If you purchase non-reserved items (used or new) your items will ship together.  If you want an item that is in stock to arrive before the used item, please place two separate orders.
