	Are your courses new or used? All of our courses are new. They come directly from Simon and Schuster shrink wrapped. They are the same courses that you would purchase for $345.00 from Simon and Schuster. Back to top
	Are your courses the most-recent edition? All of our courses are the most-recent edition offered by Simon and Schuster. As soon as a new version is released, we stock the new product only. Back to top
	Are the CDs you sell copies? No. We are an authorized Pimsleur reseller. We sell only legally purchased courses. Back to top
	I have the Quick & Simple, Basic, Conversational, or Instant Conversation course, is the Comprehensive course a repeat? Yes. The Quick & Simple course is the first 8 lessons of the 30-lesson comprehensive course. The Basic is the first 10. The Conversational and Instant Conversation courses are the first 16 lessons. Unfortunately there is no way around the repeat. We suggest to our customers to sell the beginners courses on eBay or other similar venue to get back some of the money they have already spent. 	I see that you buy used courses, do you sell those used courses for a discounted price? Yes, we sell used courses. If we have a used course available, you will find it listed directly after the new course. For example, for Spanish Level 1, if we have a used course available, it will be listed immediately after the new course. If there is not a used course listed after the specific product, it means that we do not have that currently available. We update our inventory daily. Also, we keep a full list of our used courses in the Menu section (top left-hand side) of our website entitled "Used Courses". Back to top
	If I buy a used course, can I still sell it back for a $100 refund or credit? Yes. All of our used courses are sold to you in a condition sufficient to be accepted into our buy back program and are fully qualified for the $100 refund or credit. Just keep the course in good condition and we'll accept it back. Back to top
	What is the quality and guarantee of your used courses that you sell? All of our used courses are in great condition and fully guaranteed to play just fine. If, for some reason there is a defective or scratched disk, we will happily replace it free of charge. All of our used courses come with everything that the new courses include, but simply have been used by a previous customer. Back to top
	Do you accept returns? If you purchased your course brand new from us and have not removed or opened the shrink wrap from the course, you may return it to us at your expense for full refund less shipping & handling and a 15% restocking fee. If you purchased a used course from us or a new course and have already removed the shrink wrap, you can return the course only for the $100 buy back program pursuant to the conditions listed on our buy back program page.
